FAQ’s - Virtual Training

What are the daily hours? Will it be 9-5?
The course will run on a schedule of 09:30 until 16:30 each day with an additional available slot between 16:30 and 17:00 for anyone who wishes to stay and ask any questions, or go through anything again.
What will the format be? Will it be live zoom style?
Yes, we use WebEx which is very similar to zoom, as well as being easy to navigate for beginners. Your exam papers will be separate to this, as they will be posted to you, filled out and returned to us for marking.
What level are you pitching at?
Our training is suitable for novice, although we can normally gauge the level of experience of each candidate and tailor to the knowledge level of the class.
How does the instructor offer support on individual workings during the course training?
We have review questions as standard which we go through together, as well as having the private chat function where someone can confidentially ask for help if they’re getting stuck. We also have an additional trainer available, should the candidate be struggling and need to ‘break-away’ into a private chat and go through a particular topic.
What evidence do you have as an accredited trainer? As we haven’t used you before, we wouldn’t want to go through the training and find out it’s not valid.
We are a fully approved CAA training provider for Dangerous Goods Training and our accreditation number is 019449
Have you run these classes before?
Yes, we have run a number of courses remotely over the last few years, both open and specific courses for individual clients who have multiple branches.
What is your pass rate on your IATA courses (online and normal classroom)?
For 2019-2020 our in-person pass rate was 94% and our online pass-rate was 91.4%
